Response: Mary, pray for us
Mary, Mother of All Life,
help us to respect human life from
the moment of conception until
the end of natural life. R.
Mary, Mother of Compassion,
You showed us how precious a single life can be;
help us to cherish and protect the lives
of all those entrusted to our care. R.
Mary, Mother of the Child Jesus,
with Saint Joseph, you formed the Holy Family;
watch over and protect all families in this earthly life. R.
Mary, Most Holy Mother,
you sanctified the vocation of motherhood;
pour forth your divine help upon all
mothers and help them to become holy. R.
Mary, Mother of Sorrows,
the prophecy of Simeon foretold that a sword of
suffering would pierce your heart;
bring comfort and hope to all mothers
who suffer because of their children. R.
Mary, Full of Grace,
when you responded to God’s call, you had
the freedom to choose;
help us always to say “yes” to God’s will
in our lives, and to strive always to do
whatever He tells us. R.
Mary, Comforter of the Afflicted,
gather under your maternal mantle those
in need of God’s healing, especially
those who have participated in an abortion;
help them to experience the love and mercy of
Christ, your Son. R.
Mary, Intercessor and Advocate,
We commend to you the poor, the displaced, the
marginalized, and the vulnerable members of
society; help them never lose hope, but to
trust in God, who gave them life. R.
Mary, Mother of the Incarnate Word,
you carried in your womb Him whom the heavens cannot contain;
help us to bear witness to Christ through the
example of our lives, and to show the world the
extraordinary love of God. R.
All:
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary,
that never was it known that anyone who fled
to your protection, implored your help,
or sought your intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto you,
O Virgin of virgins, my mother; To you we come, before
You we stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate,
Despite our petitions, but in your mercy hear
And answer them. Amen

La respuesta es: María, ruega para nosotros.
María, Madre de toda Vida,
ayúdanos a respetar la vida humana desde
el momento de la concepción hasta el
momento de la vida natural. R.
María, Madre de compasión,
Nos mostraste lo valiosa que puede ser una sola vida;
ayúdanos a custodiar y proteger la vida
de todas las personas confiadas a nuestro cuidado. R.
María, Madre del Niño Jesús,
con san José formaste la Sagrada Familia,
cuida y protege a todas las familias en esta
vida terrenal. R.
María, Madre santísima,
tú santificaste la vocación de la maternidad;
derrama tu ayuda divina sobre todas las
madres y ayúdalas a ser santas. R.
María, Madre de los Dolores,
la profecía de Simeón predijo que una espada de
sufrimiento te atravesaría el corazón;
tráeles consuelo y esperanza a todas las madres
que sufren por sus hijos. R.
María, llena de gracia,
al responder al llamado de Dios tuviste la
posibilidad de decidir;
ayúdanos a siempre decir que “sí” a la voluntad
de Dios en nuestra vida, y a esforzarnos por hacer
siempre lo que Él nos diga. R.
María, consuelo de los afligidos,
reúne bajo tu manto maternal a aquellos
necesitados de la sanación de Dios, especialmente
aquellos que han participado en un aborto;
ayúdalos a sentir el amor y la misericordia de
Cristo, tu Hijo. R.
María, intercesora y abogada,
te presentamos a los pobres, los desplazados, los
marginados y los miembros desamparados de la
sociedad; ayúdalos a no perder nunca la esperanza, sino a
confiar en Dios que les dio la vida. R.
María, Madre de la Palabra Encarnada,
llevaste en tu seno a aquel que los cielos no pueden contener;
ayúdanos a dar testimonio de Cristo con el
ejemplo de nuestra vida, y a mostrar al mundo el
amor extraordinario de Dios. R.
Todos:
Acuérdate, ¡oh, piadosísima Virgen María! que
jamás se ha oído decir que ninguno de los que
han acudido a tu protección, implorando tu
auxilio, haya sido abandonado. Animado por esta
confianza, a Ti acudo, oh, Madre, Virgen de las
vírgenes, y gimiendo bajo el peso de mis pecados
me atrevo a comparecer ante Ti. Oh Madre del
Verbo Encarnado, Dios, no deseches mis súplicas,
antes bien, escúchalas y acógelas benignamente.
